ABOUT the ACG
The Advanced Computing Group creates new computing infrastructure that bridges the divide between research and clinical computation. The focus is on research and development of cloud-based dockerized computation, data security, web-based visualization of medical imaging, and more.
The showcase project of the ACG is the ChRIS platform that offers a novel and intuitive way for researchers and clinicians to securely perform complex analytics on medical data. This computation can be on-site on High Performance Computing or remotely using Cloud-based tools.
The ACG focuses on industry-level software engineering and has fostered deep collaborations with Red Hat, Inc and the Massachusetts Open Cloud.
