From June 5th to October 1st, free fitness classes are offered in parks throughout Boston. More information, including any cancelations, are provided on Facebook and Twitter at @bostonparksdept and @healthyboston. Virtual and in person options are available.

A great variety of classes, including circuit style, yoga, sculpt, abs & body, athletic conditioning, kickboxing, and pilates.

The sixth annual STADIUM STAMPEDE is a unique opportunity to bring people together at Fenway Park to sweat for good, to celebrate the power of sports done right to build character and bring joy, and to support the nonprofit Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA). The evening begins with everyone gathering for a dynamic warm-up, followed by a stair-climbing workout (people can choose to walk, jog, or run, at their own pace--all fitness levels welcome), and a celebration on Fenway's rooftop Sam Deck with food, beverages, games, and post-workout treatments. Music will play throughout the evening. Thanks to our sponsors, participants will be inspired by the "character banners" lighting up Fenway's scoreboards reminding us that, done right, sports build character, grit, resilience, compassion, joy and so much more! Proceeds support PCA's work inspiring all youth to be their best selves through sports. TEAM AND EVENT SPONSORSHIPS AVAILABLE, starting at $1,000. Please contact beth_maloney@positivecoach.org for sponsorship information.
