Weekly Highlights!

Dr. Jason Sutin, Dr. Ajay Rajaram, and Taylor Vadset from the NIRS Team have spent the past two weeks at CURE Children's Hospital of Uganda (CCHU) in Mbale, Uganda working with the on-site CCHU team to streamline Dr. Ivy Lin's R01 study, which aims to assess the efficacy of FDNIRS/DCS in evaluating developmental outcomes and treatment response in hydrocephalic infants preceding and following neurosurgical treatment.

During their spare time in the early evenings and on the weekends, Jason, Ajay, and Taylor have enjoyed the local cuisine, spent time touring Mbale's Central Market, and played soccer with and hiked to the top of Wanale Ridge with the CCHU team!
