Landmark Re-Entry Notification

As you all have been made aware by the Virtual Open Meetings, FNNDSC Weekly Newsletters, and Faculty Communications, Landmark will be re-opening at 25% capacity next week. Each department at BCH has been asked to develop a plan for returning employees onsite that meets social distancing requirements and ensures all employees returning to the workplace have a safe work environment.

As a part of your safe return to work, please read and complete the following SIX items:

  1. Department Education Certification Form (save form to your computer, open PDF, select Fill & Sign, save and email to me). 

    • Return the completed Department Education Certification Form to your me by Wednesday, July 1st, 5 pm.

  2. Please complete the COVID-19 NetLearning Training before returning back to the office. 

  3. Please complete the BCH Mobile Symptom Attestation Application each day before leaving home and coming to work.

  4. Sign up for the Landmark Newsletter here and stay updated with office building back to work updates. 

Please note that if you are NOT returning to the FNNDSC at this time and are continuing to work from home, you do not need to complete any of the above forms.


A few reminders:

  • ​​You should only come to the office if necessary. 

  • Check-in Stations will be located at 401 Park/Landmark Center - 7th floor East Lobby (look for signs directing you here)

    • Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM 

  • Ear loop masks will be distributed here. Please wear your masks at all times. 

  • Hand sanitizer and alcohol wipes will be distributed and kept in the supply room. Please share supplies with everyone and do not keep at your desks.

  • Staff are responsible to use hospital provided wipes to clean their workstations, chairs, computers, etc. at the beginning and at the end of the day. 

  • Please pay attention to building signage. 

    • (For example: Wear a mask, Wash your Hands, Stay 6 Feet Apart, Clean and Disinfect, etc.)

For those electing to return to work, please keep me updated weekly with your designated schedules if any changes arise. If any one needs to come to work outside their designated schedule, please let me know as I will be monitoring movements closely. If any one elects to come to work through the next few weeks and has not been given a schedule that meets the 25% capacity and 6 feet social distancing requirements, please contact me.
